The front elevation pairs cream brick and board-and-batten wings with a limestone-clad center mass, steel-and-glass entry, and a floating concrete walkway. Inside, an open great room is anchored by a marble waterfall island, white-oak floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, and steel-framed windows that pull the rear garden into the plan. The home includes a separate guest casita with its own kitchenette and living area, a primary suite with a spa-style wet room, and a private pool and travertine terrace beyond.

A two-story Modern Farmhouse layered with custom detailing across three exterior materials — black board-and-batten, white stucco, and limestone — knit together by a steel-trellised pergola over a glass living room. Inside, a dining conservatory wrapped on three sides in black steel-framed glass cantilevers toward the pool. The plan is organized along a long indoor-outdoor axis: a fluted-wood fireplace wall and dramatic cove-lit kitchen open through full-height sliding doors to a covered patio with reclaimed-wood ceiling, then onward to an L-shaped pool punctuated by three fire bowls and a freestanding pool house.
